Deceit, Deception and Discovery: Enforcing the Wishes of the Trustor

This program will take a deep dive into a complex case in which the wishes of the decedent were ultimately carried out after having to replace the initial named Trustees, marshal some complex assets, manage a staffing agency with over 150 employees and deal with friction between the beneficiaries and the executives at the company. Dealing with the boat, car, business and house needed special skills.
This program offers one-hour of CLE and CFP credit pending approvals.
