Mindful on Wall Street: Three former Monks working on Wall Street sharing insights to mindfulness and self care during these challenging times in the COVID-19 pandemic.

We just went through the quickest market correction in stock market history and our roles as financial, tax, and legal professionals means that we are typically in the caregiving role for our clients, but who takes care of us?  This event has a panel discussion of ideas from three former ordained monks working on Wall Street and useful techniques and resources for our members to care for themselves.  There will be a discussion of mindfulness in a financial services/professional practice followed up by a guided meditation.
