This program will review the professional standards of fiduciaries as they relate to ethics. It will also address the ongoing liability of a “former fiduciary” who is succeeded by a successor, whether in a conservatorship, agency, or trustee relationship, as well as the liability of that “former fiduciary’s counsel.” The speakers will propose best practices for fiduciaries, and for attorneys who represent them, to limit their ongoing liability in such situations.
This seminar offers one hour ETHICS CLE & CPE and one hour of general credit for CFP (pending approvals).
